Designing the practical systems behind meaningful work — so teams can clarify what matters, coordinate well, improve outcomes, and keep learning as they go.
What I support
Meaningful work needs more than good intentions. It needs real participation, clear roles, workable plans, honest learning, and ways of working together that people can actually sustain.
I support communities, nonprofits, and institutions in designing and strengthening the systems around their work.
Participatory Inquiry & Facilitation
Listening to lived experience, needs, capacities, and conditions so the people most affected by the work can help shape what happens next.
Program & Systems Design
Turning insight into practical programs, services, partnerships, governance arrangements, resource systems, and delivery models.
Operations & Implementation
Building the roles, workflows, timelines, budgets, and coordination systems that help work happen well.
Research, Learning & Adaptation
Creating feedback loops, evaluation practices, and documentation so work can keep learning and improving over time.
